Blue Mountains – Prince Henry Cliff Walk

June 22, 2015

In preparation for our upcoming hike in NZ – we have decided to embark on some weekend training to prepare our body for what is to come!

Over the next 16 weeks we will be loading our backpacks with gear as we head out to some trails in and around the Sydney region.

For our first stop we had decided on a leisurely walk through the Price Henry Cliff walk starting at scenic world at the Blue Mountains National park.

Easy terrain with magnificent views of the three sisters as well as Mt Solitary. The trail got busy as we nudged closer and closer to the Echo Point visitor centre.

We found a set of stairs (100m) steep and walked a few times up and down before making a return trip back to the car park.

Total time was around 2 hours with a short break at the waterfall.
